Who We Are:
The Friends of the City of Cleveland Kennel is a group of volunteers dedicated to providing the necessary medical & general care for the animals at the Cleveland Kennel in the hopes of giving them a second chance at a good life.

Our Mission:
• To provide the necessary medical & general care to the dogs & cats who need it.
No animal should be denied that chance because of a lack of funds or help.
• Raise awareness in the community by information of resources & other education to Cleveland residents.

The animals that come into the kennel are all very special,
but they have not been the given the life that they deserve.

It is our goal as the Friends of the City of Cleveland Kennel to
provide them hope for a new beginning.

Below is a list of our achievements
for the homeless animals at the Kennel:

With Your Support We Can Continue to Better the Lives of the animals at the Cleveland Kennel. We will continue to strive and work towards helping these dogs & cats. We will continue to fight to give them the life & the love that they deserve.

Achievements since Dec '03:

• Full medical funding available (NO animal needing medical
care was turned away due to lack of funds)
• Frontline Plus supply during warm-weather months
• Dog Beds for Runs in Garage
• Kuranda Beds available for dogs in Kennel
• Heated water bowls for outdoor runs
• Formula for abandoned puppies & kittens
• Expedited Installation of Ventilation System
• Increased awareness of the Kennel
• Supply of food, treats, toys, blankets, etc.
• Sponsor affordable training classes for Cleveland
residents & Cleve. Kennel adopters
• New Foster & Volunter programs
•"Kennel Beautification" project in progress
•Purchased & installed 8 outdoor runs

We would like to give a great big thank you to all of our volunteers
and those who support us in other ways over the last several
months. Thanks to you & your hard, selfless work, we have
accomplished so much, in such a short time, to better the lives
of the homeless animals at the Cleveland Kennel.
