CHELSEA - Neglected Girl Gets Second Chance
Chelsea was one of those dogs that was easily overlooked. She was absolutely terrified in the Kennel. She wouldn't even walk once outside, would only cling to the person with her. This girl came from a sad and neglectful past, and it was up to us to give her this chance at a wonderful life. Knowing Chelsea now, you would never know the girl she was when she first arrived at the Cleveland Kennel. After being in foster care, and now placed in a loving home... Chelsea is free to play with her new canine brother and has a loving family to play, cuddle with, and give her all the love she could ever ask for! Below is a photo of Chelsea with her new family!
